It said selling or importing the device in the United States 'is a violation of US law.' It added that the earlier approval 'was granted erroneously and has been set aside.' Maker Zero Zero Robotics, based in China, argued the standalone camera wasn't on the drone-camera Covered List. The FCC disagreed, saying any company on its restricted list is automatically covered for drones and drone parts, cameras included. One backer wrote the company 'can't ship to my address.'
